Very good store, wide range of products make up, perfume, aftershave, baby products, and everyday essentials medical wise. Very hardly that it has a chemist inside and they're really good with advise within the pharmacy. Staff are always very helpful and polite. Highly recommend this store.

Bad news no pharmacist. However excellent customer service from the manager at the pharmacy, Catherine? She was very clear and sympathetic dealing with disappointed customers. She went out of her way to arrange an appointment at another Boots store . Very good customer care.

Excellent service, the pharmacy staff are the best for miles around, extremely pleasant and helpful. Always answer the phone too! If i have a query they are my go to pharmacy even though I have a more local store - not quite as helpful. The sales staff are all friendly, polite and professional too at Knaresborough Retail Park. One of the best Boots stores ever.

What a good experience. The lady at the checkout not only went out of her way to find me the medication that I was looking for even offering to run upstairs !!! but also pointed out a massive saving on my vouchers that I had n't noticed. Thank you Wendy M .....I hope you see some sun today x

A larger boots store, situated within St. James retail park near Knaresborough, easy to get to from the main road and not too bad an exit from. Nice and spacious indoors, has a good range of the usual products and limited makeup example stands which is a nice change as they are very intrusive and not a friendly vibe. Tills are few to pay with and no self check out tills (correct as of posting this), staff are able and calm and don't rush through your transaction. This is a positive for me as I find shopping an anxiety filled experience at best. The whole shop is on one level so access is easy for all, there is a pharmacy and photo printing machines. A great experience and I've shopped at many boots outlets!
