Absolutely shocking service here, I have been using these for a few years now and they have progressively got worse. Not texts to say prescriptions are ready, 9 days to complete my last prescription. When you go to collect any prescription you can be stood waiting for 20 minutes before you're seen. Honestly use a local pharmacy or one on the high street.
These lot usually have notice from doctors for 3 days and still going in on after 3 days "oh we haven't got your prescription ready yet !!! " Absolutely useless they are obviously not following their protocol, IE:electronic prescriptions from the doctors!!!
Not open as per store time.
Completely useless and very rude. Hope I never have to go back!!
