Fuel, power and all fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car in public car park opposite cottage, permit provided and roadside parking for 1 car outside property. One well-behaved dog welcome. Cot & Highchair available on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Steep stairs to second floor and sloping ceilings in attic twin room. Note: A few pods for the Nespresso machine, but you might want to bring extras of your own. Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am.
