After using these for over 20 years I am very disappointed. Had a stair carpet fitted and the mess left by the carpet fitter was disgusting. Empty glue spray can left in my children's bedroom. My clothes chucked on floor...took me over 1 hour to clean. (See pictures) The carpet cleaner blamed the store saying they do not provide bags. Then telling me he sub contracts and cleans his on jobs up but not theirs!! The store manager did call but only offered me a promise that the carpet fitter would be told off..No offer of compensation..which after paying £160 and getting my house absolutely trashed is maybe what would have made me a tad happier. Unfortunately after using them in the past and no mess what's so ever left ..I will Not be using again.

Ordered a king size bed 6/9/25. Paid in full on the order date. Informed by the shop staff it would be delivered mid September. Text from shop it will be October gave us a date 17th ok arranged annual leave, to be text again to say it will be 18th October annoying not acceptable had already arranged annual leave day wasted!! Rang their customer service to be told storm Amy had delayed shipping. Text again to say it will be Monday 20th October. Cannot have annual leave at such short notice (nurse) delivery coming from Turkey. Don't bother using this retailer unreliable, waste of time. They need to assess the reliability of their suppliers. If I had known I was dealing with incompetency I would have gone elsewhere

A lady looked after us to put down some flooring down. We have had some work done and picked some to try and match the kitchen etc. Price was reasonable and quickly booked in. Will put the finishing pictures once fitted

The staff member I spoke too was fab answered my questions got us what we needed the floor fitters were lovely and friendly and did a fab job love the flooring had lots of compliments already just need a few more bits doing to sitting room in general and it's complete! Thankyou
