•If you’re looking for a fun and family-friendly way to spend the Easter holidays, RHS Garden Harlow Carr in Harrogate, North Yorkshire has got you covered. From 5–21 April, the gardens will be buzzing with excited kids and parents trying to crack the Egg-nigma Code.
Think giant Easter eggs, code-breaker kits, and loads of outdoor fun. It’s basically the ultimate Easter scavenger hunt!

A Cracking Easter Adventure For Everyone
So, what’s the deal? Well, little explorers get to roam around RHS Harlow Carr on a hunt for giant eggs. And it’s not just about spotting them — they’ll be collecting symbols and using a special code-breaker kit to solve the puzzle. And the best part? They’ll be rewarded with a chocolate treat once they crack the code.
As Sarah Mullan, Public Programming Manager, put it,
“Easter is a fantastic time to explore the beauty of RHS Harlow Carr and this year’s giant egg hunt promises plenty of adventure for the whole family. With a mix of outdoor exploration, hands-on activities, and interactive storytelling, there’s something for every little one to enjoy!”
