Been visiting here many times over the last few weeks. Great staff, very accommodating, and provides good coffee. There are some trainees learning at the moment, so service can be a little slower on occasions while getting their experience up, but overall I’m happy to continue going back.

Over £4.00 for a bottle of 500ml fresh orange juice is ridiculous. Not everyone wants a hot drink and can have one

Under staffed, always a long wait to be served. Often the coffee isn't hot enough and has to be re-made. Some members of staff unaware of which products are gluten free - very important, the customers wanted something to eat with their coffees but didn't get anything. Lost revenue! Not clean enough, particularly the seating. Groups of people are allowed to sit, without drinks - presumably already consumed, at several tables pushed together and/or comfortable chairs at the busiest/peak periods when customers are standing with trays of drinks and food looking for somewhere to sit and there's a queue right back to the door. Ridiculous! Customers leave because of this, Caffè Nero is a good place for coffee in general, the Northallerton branch is on the small side but it really can be improved!
