Co-op Food - Ossett - Dale Street

Not a good experience due to the fact that there is no customer toilet in store. When I asked why this was the case when other supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidl provide these facilities I was told that the toilet had been set on fire by youngsters, surely this is not a reason to deprive customers who are elderly, disabled or have a medical condition of a basic human right.

In fact, a 6-year customer of this place, today I decided to give the management a shout. Your till lady dated 19th Aug 2025 time between 15:22 to 15:24 was so unprofessional.and rude i asked simple help and her answer was angry face with the word busy, seriously made me feel trash, not going to this place again, and you need to look at your employers mentality if few like her in your place soon your 3.9 stars will be 1, please look into it we love coop Ossett

Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to the staff that helped me when i had a fall last week, they were very attentive and professional. Denise J

I saw on the website and instore they were selling Freddo's and Little Bars of Dairy Milk for £1.00, got 1 of each scanned my co-op card, came up £1.25. In the end the manager said I had to pay the £1.25. Even though they were advertised at £1.00. I will not be shopping at this store again, and will be cutting up my card. Supposed to be a caring, sharing co-op. They are extremely expensive anyway

I was in earlier today and had a trolly full of shopping, went to checkout, nobody there, queuing on the cigarette counter which I would never use as it is rubbish when you have shopping, so it was self service with my trolley fun. Not too bothered but where is the service when you need it.
