Halfords - Pontefract

I went in today as I had a break light out. They helped me through the whole process like it was no problem at all. They recommended Halfords premium which had so many benefits including a free check. They checked my tyre pressure as well as all my engine oil and coolant levels. I had a chip in my windscreen which they fixed for a really good price. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing what I was doing 😂🙈I would definitely go back.

Popped in this morning with my two young children (2yo and 5yo) plus a bike and received such amazing service from Jordan. He was so quick to help despite being very busy, lovely customer service and great with the kids. I said I was happy to come back but he was insistent he could help right away as the job was a quick one. Thanks so much for helping a tired and very busy mum get the job done I really appreciate it and so does my little boy with his fixed bike!

Went to pontifract Halfords for a price for roof box and bars fitting the staff where very helpful and knowledgeable. ( unlike the Killingbeck store where nobody available to help me out on a bank holiday weekend left my name number for them to call back on Tuesday still waiting!!! ) So went to pontifract got seen to straight away booked in for fitting on the 31/5/25 . All sorted friendly staff can not fault them at all . Will definitely go back to pontifract store again and keep away from Killingbeck store . Not the first time had problems with Killingbeck. A big thumbs 👍 up to all staff .

My car battery was on its last bit of life but halfords came over and fitted in a new battery for me within 10 minutes. Thank you Dave and woman who fitted it in for me

Excellent service and advice given from the moment we were in the shop up till us leaving. I would highly recommend this store to my friends. Not sure the guys name who delt with me, thinking jeavan? Not 100% sure he had a crutch, but his customer service was amazing. So thank you for 👍
