I am giving one star for this shop for one reason only. One member of staff who is aways rude and tries to embrace you in in front of customers. Not only has she done to me but seen her do to other customers too. Spoiling for rest of staff who are OK.

This M&S foodhall is quite small when I compare it to others that I've been to, but still usually has everything I need and it's typically not too busy. They used to have a box where they kept forks and spoons for the pasta meal deals but this has been moved and I cannot find it anywhere in the shop, hence why it has lost one star

"Two mains and two sides for £12" apparently doesn't include the mains and sides where the signage is. Misleading and gaslit by staff. Won't come here again.
