Always friendly & helpful staff here 😊
First time using your delivery service. Took advantage of your new customer offer. Placed an order online. Next day delivery Received updates for my delivery and got a *instant* refund on missing items. Delivery guy super friendly. He damaged my drinks and offered alternative delivery. Later in the day I had time and called the branch up to see if I could collect my damaged item No problem at all One thing I don't 7nderstand is how check out works out how many bags your order would use. I got charged 8 carrier bags and only had two Overall highly recommend
Some reasonable prices on products, be carefull when checking the labels for prices 2 for £xx make sure the label describes the product exactly. They have now introduced 10% off for the over 60's on Tuesdays.
My local Iceland, staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer home delivery if your spending over £25 and there is a Taxi pick up area outside. The car park is a bit small but Morrisons carpark is directly across the road. Never had any problems with this store and I have been shopping there for over 7 years.
The Pontefract branch is what might, in bygone years, have been a"corner shop". Staff are pleasant and helpful. They stock basic frozen food and a small offering of fresh food, but probably struggle to compete with nearby Tesco and Morrisons supermarkets, who stock a wider variety of goods and are open for longer, more convenient opening hours.
