Absolutely love The Works in Redcar. Very helpful and polite staff. It's a pleasure to shop here. Managed to get what I needed in store rather than online. As online orders tend to be delivered broken due to lack of packaging.

Love this shop so affordable and the staff here are great! Always talking to my son and making effort with him even if that is giving him stickers or a colouring book! Keep up the good work guys

If I could give more stars I would ��. The shop is immaculate, the staff are always keeping it tidy and doing displays. This Redcar store is specifically magic because the staff are absolutely incredible they go above anything to help you and are genuinely lovely people. Special shout out to Sharon and Jodie who have such amazing book knowledge and are on hand to give the best recommendations. Thank you so much for all your amazing customer service!

Always the very best friendly and efficient service nothing is any trouble for staff. The displays and items are to a high standard and always a pleasure to shop and browse there.Every year have over 300 presents to buy for Xmas grotto and the Works is always the place I turn to for quality inexpensive children's gifts. A brilliant place to shop for all aģe groups

The ladies at the Redcar store were very helpful to me on Saturday. One lady found me the slates that were right in front of me! Another helped me when I dropped a book and then a third brought me a shopping basket. Proper old fashioned service with lots of smiles. Thanks ladies xx
