Bought a drone from them online in July, my first one, tried to upgrade to be made aware this drone is activated with the previous owner (400+ days ago) I’ve been told essentially this is MY fault, having to do a charge back though account, be careful what you purchase here (also doesn't reflect cash converters as a whole just this particular store)
Great service from John (The handsome one!). Sold 2 guitars and got a fair price. Would definitely go back.
Great friendly staff here but whej trying to sell stuff they are really cheeky with the prices. Dont get me wrong I understand they are a business and they have to buy to sell on too make a profit but compared to other businesses who do simular things they are way under on what they offer. An example would be a unopened boxed black nintendo wii plus we asked about selling which came with around 8 games most still wrapped aswel as a brand new unopened wiifit board aswel as Mario cart wheel and game also all boxed. They offered me £25.00 for it all 😆 🤣 like just say you dont want it rather than lowball. I went to cex and sold the bundle for just short of £65.00 cash where they will still mark up and make a profit. I love a good sale and expect to be taking a hit when selling to someone else to sell but these take the mick and it's not the first time we've had lowball offers on stuff so have gone elsewhere and often get offered doeble. Not sure wether its the staff trying it on or wether theres someone higher up telling them to do it.
I have been a regular customer of Cash Converters and have purchased many items in the past without any issues. However, this time I bought a product that was advertised as a complete set, but it arrived without the power supply. I contacted the store regarding this problem, but I never received a response. Very disappointing customer service – I feel misled and let down.
Never met such a nice pack ov lads John thinks he's the best but truth be told I like them all
