Was visiting the area with friends and bought a small back pack a few weeks ago, however I carelessly left my wallet in the store. I would like to say a big thanks to Yvonne, the assistant at the Ripon store, who found it and put it in safe place until I eventually returned, after retracing steps. I am very grateful, and thanks again.

Dealt with Stephen (The Manager) and Sean today as I needed to buy new outdoor clothing for a charity event I am doing. They spent time with me to discuss what I needed and they were both incredibly helpful. I’m now fully prepared for my charity event and the equipment was really well priced. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks James

I am quite a regular viewer of Mountain Warehouse's products as they do a good and varied selection of merchandise aimed at the person who loves the "great outdoors". Usually I am met with a warm welcome but on my last visit I was acknowledged with a grunt! Everyone has a bad day but as a potential customer this is not the way to be greeted. No sale here today!
