Couldn’t fault anything William H Brown did throughout the sale of my parents property! Hayley Gill was amazing at helping them feel reassured about the whole process as it was a big decision for them to sell and reminded them that the whole process can be done at their pace. She was very quick to reply and chase information and such a huge help at the start of a long process!. The man who photographed the house for listing was incredibly respectful when asked to avoid photographing one room, and was very polite - he also explained the process of the photos (again, less daunting!) Isabelle Baxter was also wonderful through the final stages of the house sale - chasing the buyer with questions and ensuring the bottom end of the chain was in communication too. She was very patient with my constant calls. Absolutely lovely team from start to finish and would highly recommend going with William H Browns when selling or buying!!!

Even though I was the buyer and not the seller, she was incredibly helpful, approachable, and always happy to answer questions.
