Awesome shop has loads of stuff and very good value. Very well kept and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The layout of the shop isnt particularly friendly (and probably not fire safe) but the aforementioned more that makes up for it.

The Savers, on Westborough, has an absolutely lovely member of staff .. so friendly & efficient! Genuinely friendly (not forced, like you get from some sometimes)! Not sure of her name, but after seeing some of the other reviews on here - I suspect it may be Ellie? (Red hair?) Absolutely lovely!

I went into the shop today 3/9 to purchase some tissues. I gave the lady behind the counter, dark hair with front dental issues and no name badge a one pound coin. She put the pound into the till and closed the draw. Giving me my receipt for 78p I requested my change when the said assistant was extremely abrupt in manner and told me I had to wait for the till to reopen. Sometime later....I am still waiting in the queue when the same assistant wanted to know if I had anything in my hand !!! She was rude and I felt that she was accusing me of keeping hold of 22p I told her I only had the receipt.... I was so embarrassed as there was a very long queue and my husband had already let the shop. I come to Scarborough on a regular basis but will infuture shop elsewhere.

Popped in today and was served by the happiest friendly woman on the till. She cheered everyone up she served and had a kind word for us all. Her name is Ellie and Savers should be proud to have staff like that.
