Friendly helpful staff, who explained my enquiry on the price of an item and the buy one get the cheapest free offer. Some items seem a little dearer in price specially the RFID blocking items. Clearly also marked at $14.99 and how can the wallet be the same price?? have they just doubled price’s here? but that’s most things nowadays and it’s a bit since I purchased any outdoor clothing or leisure accessory items. Well stocked shop though with great choice on offer.

Everything is high quality and well made there. I especially love their camping stuff, useful to just nip into town and grab supplies instead of trailing all the way to York.

Very busy but well stocked shop with the usual lots of offers and discounts. I went in hoping they'd have a particular coat I was looking for that was on special offer in my (large) size. They had the right one in the colour I was looking for and either a Caravan Club membership meant I had a further 15% off. We were courteously served by a young man and didn't feel in any way hurried. Great service price and products.

Probably the most frustrating experience of my life. I had a simple requirement of size 2 and 3 wellingtons, as an emergency purchase while visiting the area. No specific preference in terms of colour or anything, I just needed them for the next couple of days. I looked around the shop and for the life of me, could not find a single pair in either size. The wellingtons were stacked in a way you could only see the first few rows of sizes or had to be over 9ft tall to see the rest. I looked to one of the shop assistants who looked keen to assist at first, but gave up knowing he had to hook single pairs of wellingtons down, in order to read the size on them. Instead of getting a ladder and looking properly, he used his little device to tell me they don't have any in stock for both sizes (after 1 search, he didn't search for 12 different varieties in 5 seconds). I decided to go down the road to Millets, gave the shop assistant my requirements and he came out with 2 pairs of wellies in the size I needed.
