Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off road parking for approximately 10 cars. Remote controlled double garage. Enclosed lawned gardens with hot tub (recently added privacy feature to hot tub) and furniture. Four well-behaved dogs welcome downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 1.5 miles. Note: There are infra-red remote CCTV cameras at the property covering the property boundaries and front door. With effect from 18.10.19 - this property has a £400 Good House Keeping Bond that will be pre-authorised from your payment card
