Fantastic we now have one in selby .So no more going over to the York one.Just love this place could spend a day just looking at all the things they sell.My bank account doesn't always come out with alot more than i went in for.Staff friendly and professional.

We bought a water butt last week and filled it before the hosepipe ban. However, we discovered it was leaking from the tap and other than waste all the water and take it apart there was no way we could take it back. We did however make a video and take pictures. The manager gave us a replacemet tap which we can not fit until all the water is gone if it works at all. By that time I am worried the warranty will no longer be valid if it does not work. To me it should have been a straight forward refund but it was clear that every effort was made to avoid that. I will not be going back.

Went in on 23rd, Store assistant called Chris, young lad, was very helpful and poliy and went out of his way to make sure I got sorted out with the help I need. 👍🏻
