Very poor customer service this afternoon. I turned up for my 4pm appointment to be told the appointment was on fact 4.15pm and that I would need to wait approximately 20 minutes for my appointment. At 4.35pm I think enquired about my appointment I was told it would be another 20 minutes! Whilst I appreciate it’s a busy time of year, a bit of honesty would have been welcome! Due to the poor attitude of the hair dresser concerned I ended up walking out.
Visited today for the first time for a wash and cut, Meg was brilliant, gave me exactly what I was wanting, I will be back, thank you again 😊
I was new to Selby and needed somewhere to get my hair done. Salonix came recommended by my friend so I decided to give it a go and I'm so glad I did. I suffer anxiety but Maria has always made me feel comfortable and even though I was going for a pretty drastic hair change, the results were perfect. I was so happy and continue to use Maria for my roots. Flash forward a few months when I needed my eyebrows sorting and Salonix was the obvious choice. I can't remember the name of the lady (sorry) but she was amazing. So chatty and down to earth and set me completely at ease. Its brilliant being able to use one business for all my beauty needs. I'd recommend them to anyone.
First visit yesterday . Very friendly salon staff and not too overpowering which I like . Great foil highlights by Meg who was very polite and patient . Colour came out great too
