Toolstation Sheffield Attercliffe

I have been regular with toolstation for a long time, i like the app and the products. But staff behaviour is going down the drain. Inefficient, rude and unprofessional. They even lack basic manners. It certainly shows the manager of the store is incompetent, he is unable to train and guide his staff. I have plenty of places to take my business to e.g screwfix next door who has excellent service. Its not about what products and prices you are offering, its about customer experience and sadly you have nothing to offer. I highly recommend everybody to go to Screwfix next door until toolstation pay attention to their staff behaviour.

After being my go to shop for years. Just had to Return some cable and get accused of using/stealing wire from the spool in a full shop how embarrassing. I said you can measure it if you like. Won’t be returning.

Good store locations that's easy to get to and nearby other merchants. Carries a great range of stock for DIYers and professional trades people so you can pretty much always find what you need. Click and collect service is excellent and speedy, excellent staff across the country especially in Sheffield always happy to help and very speedy too . Appreciate their help. Thumbs up👍🎄.
