Toolstation Sheffield Rutland Road

Shops don’t have working phones. Phone line ending in 303 doesn’t work on the weekend so you can’t phone the shop… despite it being open. so I’ll have to visit the shop to ask them a question... waste of time. Very poor customer service and business model.

Received a message to say my order was ready for collection, upon arriving at the store I was told that part of my order was missing (which leaves me unable to so the work so the rest of the order is sort of pointless now) When I asked why they couldn’t have messaged to say part of the order is unavailable I was told they can’t do that. They had a more expensive product in stock that could have replaced it, I asked for a discount to match the amount of the missing items, refused. Not acceptable, I’m a tradesperson working to a quote and with time deadlines. Absolutely useless, makes me look bad in front of the customer now that I’m turning up late to a job, without the right products I quoted for, and I’m making less profit today now. Very unhelpful staff, no effort made at any point.

My husband visited the store around 19:40 tonight to purchase door hinges. He checked the store stock online before going in, which showed 20+ items available. However, upon arrival, he was shocked by the rude, unfriendly, and racist attitude of a staff member. Eventually, he was told that there were no hinges in stock. I plan to call Toolstation's head office first thing tomorrow to follow up on this unacceptable situation. Deeply disappointed with Toolstation.

Great service both Levi and Sally were happy to help. Service with a smile. Very knowledgeable. just like the Levi jeans greet all round . Would love to take them out on a double date. So if you’re reading this girls next time I come in let me know your thoughts 😋

Went to get DeWalt offer that had been advertised on website with free drill offer but because I was unable to buy online I had to go to shop this morning. Something that has been advertised and mysteriously taken down from public viewing has angered me. Being disabled this was an offer I was willing to purchase but there website would not add the combination.
