Another delivery, and yet again they got the order wrong. Bread horribly stale, missing ingredients and toasted the wrong sub (so both of us were upset). It’s our fault really; we keep ordering and they keep getting it wrong. Every. Single. Time. As Rita Mae Brown said, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” More fool us. Seriously, don’t bother going here - they’re nothing like a proper Subway. Delivery guy was super lovely though!
Went in with my friend to order separately in shop. My friend asked a few questions about the price which the employee couldn’t answer, instead telling us about the sizes. I ordered a sandwich and several footlong sidekicks and my friend got a sandwich. My friend’s sandwich and my sides were put in the same bag, followed by my sandwich and we were pushed to pay together. I got back to the car find that the footlong sidekicks were completely uncooked, so I was charged for and received three cold tortilla wraps with one type of cold cheese. It’s so bad it’s funny 😂
Friendly service, generous portions. Only problem we had was both sandwiches basically fell to bits. No seating inside, we ended up crossing the road outside and going up to the canal basin for ample benches.
On the 2nd of December 2025, I visited Subway in Skipton on my arrival there, and the staff were not satisfied. I have noticed there is not engagement from their staff and me. Furthermore, the food wasn't that great. I honestly I've been to different sites and I really don't recommend you visit this place .
Iv been here now a few times, and everytime the bread feels like it's been out for all day, if not yesterdays lefts overs. It's so dry that the only thing you can taste is very bread itself and nothing in the sandwich at all. Came in at noon and there no way that the bread could of been freshly made. By the looks of it, the way the sub just crumbles in your hands feels like it was made a few days ago and reheated a few times until it's sold. Definitely not living up to the subway standards of eating fresh.
