Just been into the skipton branch to get some conditioner. I had seen it was on offer at £2.59 - when I got to the till the girl on the checkout said £3.99 - I then proceeded to tell her it had a yellow sticker and the price it indicated & was met with " no it hasn't- not that one" so I went to check and I was correct. I took a photo of the said item and met her walking towards the product- subsequently showed her the picture - again quite abruptly said "it doesnt matter - I have to see it myself". Went back to the till to pay - no apology or anything - quite rude. Think I'll take my custom to Ilkley where the staff are friendlier.

I went to the checkout and the girl didn't acknowledge me as she was too busy talking on her headset about her relatives. I found this rude. I found everything I needed in the shop though😊

I really like to have a look around this shop whenever ii'm in Skipton. It's really good value, and has lots to choose from. The staff are ready helpful and pleasant. I find it really easy to shopping here, as I am disabled and use a mobility scooter, it's so accessable. It's a lovely shop.

A fraction of the price of other multiples. I regularly go for all sorts of things you wouldn't expect. Staff always helpful and happy which is a real bonus and ensures my loyalty

Great and good value. However as a friendly pointer it may be good to open more than one till to avoid ques
