Not many staff available but the one staff-member (Dan) we interacted with is an absolute star. As well as being knowledgeable about the products and stock he was helpful, friendly and really funny. My sister and I were in stitches - give that man a bonus!

As a regular shopper at MW, I really rate not only the quality of their products, but equally of the staff - especially Dan, who I believe to be new to the team. Appears to speak very nicely to those he is managing, and also to customers - very helpful team member - thank you.

Can’t believe how rude the staff are here. I tried sitting on one of the camping chairs and then as I went into the shop I was met by a comment from a member of staff ( young female with brown hair ) around 14:10pm. She thought it was funny to say out loud, ‘ I didn’t know we did chairs for bears haha’ and then said ‘ oh that was terrible’ and another member of staff laughed. Just makes you want to walk out the shop.

I often shop here for my 8 year old daughter and in march I treated myself to a new pair of walking boots. I might have worn them 10 times at most and both shoes are starting to crack open. I went to the shop to show the problem and very bluntly been told that it has been over 60 days so nothing they can do, bye. Very disappointed, I appreciate it wasn't the most expensive pair but it's obviously a very poor quality item and it's definitely the last time I buy shoes there.
