If u on the go stone cross Greggs is your best not much queue’s get what you want on time
Obviously the 5 stars for atmosphere is dripping with sarcasm. Can you simply imagine the atmosphere in a Greggs in a dying town centre in the north east of England, it's hardly exciting. Even when I walked in. I get the impression I'd just missed the jugglers and Mariachi battle of the bands. The fire eaters weren't due for another hour and this clashes with my opticians appointment. Thrills and spills this isn't.
This Greggs has one of the nicest ladies ever who works there. She's always so friendly and it's nice to be served by someone with great customer service skills in the day and age where there is little
One of the reasons why I come to thornaby Greggs is because the manger is amazing. She's so friendly. So are all the staff here. Plus the coffee is amazing. It's way up there next to Costa coffee. If not better. Plus half the price. Also love the steak pasties :D
Walked in at late lunch, no queue. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was such a pleasant experience I would recommend to others. Shelves were well stocked too, nothing out of stock.
