The place is clean tidy and welcoming. The shop mostly sells furniture with a few TVs and other electronics along with ornaments. I went in to have a look at books and Blu-rays however they only had a very small selection. Overall it's a nice large shop that's a little pricey compared to other rival charities.

The British Heart Foundation offers a wide and varied range of excellent, great-value items all under one roof – a fantastic place to shop. Every purchase supports an incredible cause: helping people affected by heart and circulatory conditions such as heart attacks, stroke, and vascular dementia. The charity also provides vital information, education on heart health, and life-saving training like CPR. Shopping here not only gets you quality items at affordable prices but also gives you that rewarding feeling of knowing you’re helping others.

No idea where you were people but Ive just been in and staff fell over themselves to help me and my pensioner Mum. Marie, who is the Manager was more than pleasant. They are all doing a very hard and demanding job and are paid very little so please give them a little credit.

Had a look in this shop and found out that all the furniture is well over priced in fact either the same price as brand new furniture which is the same or more expensive. Remember the charity shop get their stuff free so why are they selling stuff way too expensive???? There was a table which I bought for £80 brand new and they were selling the identical table for £84. Ummmm that speaks for itself. I looked on the internet and bed frames were either the same price for brand new or cheaper brand new. A charity shop needs to really look at their prices especially when they get the stuff free.

Furniture is insanely overpriced. Overhead the people who work there saying they need to increase the prices on things, as well as one of the moving guys swearing about god knows what. I’m sorry but this is a charity shop - it’s for people who can’t afford to pay crazy amounts for furniture. We travelled 40 mins to come here and were so disappointed. The team here need to think about who they’re supposed to be helping.
