Went to Tesco express for just a drink as was thirsty and Lady working there was absolutely terrible at her job. Me and my friend went there at around 20:00 today and the lady at till treated us badly, and her language was foul. Reporting here as a warning. She needs training if she continues doing this job. I know Tesco believes in diversity and respect but such staff spoil it's image.

On Thursday i visited the Wath upon Dearne Tesco petrol station. I filled my car with Β£19:47 worth of petrol . However when queuing to pay I was then informed the contactless system had gone down . There were no previous indications of a payment problem. I only had my phone to pay so I then had to wait a considerable long time whilst the cashier filled in a form and took photographs of my car . The cashier apologised but she did not inform me that there would be an admin charge of Β£4 on top to pay . It was embarrassing enough being handed the form with threatening type language of criminal proceedings and then the inconvenience of waiting for her to fill it in. I then had a threatening email telling me this : Your registration plate has now been added to a UK database of unpaid fuel incidents. It will only be removed from the database when you have paid both the fuel and administration fees in total to Forecourt Eye or our Debt Resolution Agent. It is likely you will be unable to draw fuel in the UK until this debt is settled. If you fail to settle your debt with Forecourt Eye by the 18/06/2025, we will pass your details to our debt resolution agency and seek recovery of all debts and costs through the courts until recovered. Receiving this really added insult to injury as it was through no fault of my own. I had the means and obviously the willingness to pay!! Oh and try contact someone via phone or email is nigh on impossible.

I had an issue with one of the pumps, so thought I'd inform the staff inside, they wouldn't let me finish explaining before interupting saying I was doing it wrong and they didn't know what I was doing. I found the staff very unhelpful and insulting.

An easy station to get any vehicle into, large vans etc, my only issue is maybe the quality of fuel or their storage tanks as on 2 separate occasions after filling up I get about 2 mile from station and my water in fuel light comes on.has never been on before taken to a garage to check tank and they got a good amount of water out. You call Tesco and they don't want to know, only ever happened here.

This is my usual filling station. Good range of food and products in the shop. It can be very busy, depending on what time you go there. Expect to Q at peak times. Usually cheapest place to get diesel locally.
