I was helped by Russ . Very professional, helpfull , understanding as I needed a new phone as my grandaughter dropped my phone into her bowl off noodleds . I was very satisfied, with the help and support from Russ and would like to Thank him very much .

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOPPY. MAN ...WENT IN TO CLAIM ON MY INSURANCE FOR NEW PHONE AND WILLINGLY PAID EXCESS. REPORTED PROBLEM TO THE MALE ADVISOR HE JUST COULD NOT BE BOTHERED...COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND TRIED TO SELL ME ANOTHER NEW MOBILE PHONE. THE MOMENT HE KNEW I WAS NOT PURCHASING A NEW PHONE...EVERY ANSWER TO MY QUESTION WAS A "NO"...EVENTUALLY i BECAME TO EXHAUSTED WITH HIM SAID I WOULD NEED TO GO TO ANOTHER SHOP... HIS RESPONSE ? YEAH GO TO ANOTHER SHOP. WOULD GIVE LESS THAN I STAR IF POSSIBLE

Useless - never enough staff and poor advice. Best to go to someone who knows what they are talking about - no more expensive and you dont need to deal with people who are just unprofessional.

Great and helpful team, switched my SIM card over to a micro for me when I needed it for a new phone.

Upgraded my phone & the store agent couldnt do enough for me. An easy 10/10
