Just visited to buy a pair of snow boots. Evie was wonderful, I’m disabled so couldn’t use the stairs, Evie bought several pairs downstairs for me.when I needed another size off she went again to get the bigger size. What a credit to your store, I will definitely be telling all my friends.

I had a great experience in store today. Evie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient and kind to my dog too. I would definitely visit this shop again! Thank you! 🙂

My wife and I stopped in here for some supplies while we were hiking the coast to coast trail. They have a very large selection of hiking gear, more then most places on the trail. We were able to find gel packets that my wife uses. The man working there was very friendly and personable.

Called in yesterday as my wife was looking for a coat . We had very friendly and professional advice from Tanya the Assistant Manager and she couldn’t have been more helpful

I bought two hiking poles yesterday and an important component was missing. I came back today for a replacement and was informed by the assistant that the part I said was missing wasn’t. The gentleman obviously had no idea about the product and gave me the impression I was a fool. It was only later (when the penny dropped) that he realised his error! And he replaced the hiking poles! I found his manner curt, bordering rude. I could only suggest this individual had some customer service training for his benefit and the future of Mountain Warehouse in Whitby.
