Heron Foods

I am APPALLED. I went into heron for some jam,milk,wine,fruit,ect like one does.it was not clean in the slightest and im rather upset with the devilish looks i was given by staff.I wouldnt put that upon my worse enemy.I left the small shop feeling embarrassed,upset and annoyed that i was put through such a bad experience.There is a reason as to why it is so cheap as the quality of the products are TERRIBLE.I saw a product called 'choco

Very good selection of goods and have some good offers on Now I would have given it 5 stars if a certain member of staf knew how to say please and thank you , young people these days lack basic manners which I would say is standard customer service mind you a friendly attitude would also help with this person too 4 11.23 Update: been in again and another young person with on the till with 0 customer service skills The older staff are fine just these young ones excluding the young man hes fine how some of these young people these days that work in shops gets through a interview I don't understand, Basic manners and a service with a smile goes a long way But a couple in this store seem like they hate the job and I'd have a better atmosphere at a funeral. Apart from that the store is fantastic ,well stocked clean and bright with some good offers. Just employ some friendy staff Heron

I love going into Heron's! I'm disabled and therefore go in on my mobility scooter. There is a large quality variety of foods and even wine! The staff are very helpful and considerate and always assist me with my shopping. They're a cheery set of people and always very courteous, which is very nice indeed. Thankyou sincerely.

It was good. Had a coughing fit though and the assistants looked at me as though I was spreading Covid-19. Didn't take offence as to be fair I would have shared their concerns. It was just a dry tickle which I was trying to suppress and unfortunately that led to me coughing. Always like Heron as they have brilliant bargains . Just buy them when you see them as they disappear quickly👍.

Love the shop and prices bit brought 5 milkshakes in cartons a fewdays ago.which was lumpy and off,this product are still on sale.got a branston cracker and cheese snack and surprise surprise the cheese is mouldy.its not the staffs fault,but god knows whats giong on with the food lately.iv been giong to this shop for years but have to think wether to stop now.
