The walk up to the front door was treacherous with badly maintained steps, also people should be aware that you cannot drive to the front of the property between 10am and 4pm to unload as baxtergate is closed!

Only reason it wouldn’t get top marks is because there are a few snags such as tap on bath broken, could do with more pillows and cutlery, cupboard in upper floor bathroom had rubbish left in it.
