Great spot,nice and quiet, close to some nice walks ,Ruswarp -short walk away with a good pub the bridge inn.

Beds where comfy and clean unfortunately the cleaners let this property down kitchen could have been cleaner table and chairs were sticky living room had strong smell of dogs and small hairs floating around which caused allergies to flare in 2 guests so we spent all our time out of property we also ate all meals outwith only using bedrooms on return at night the property itself was nice and could have been a much better break for our party if not for the above problems.
