Shared garden at rear with picnic bench, BBQ area and shared kid's playground. Shared indoor heated swimming pool. One well behaved pet allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.2 miles. Note: The shared indoor swimming pool is closed for cleaning for a few hours on a Saturday. Note: There is a height restriction in the bath tub in the bathroom. Note: steep hill on complex. Note: Due to proximity of water, children need to be accompanied by adults. Note: The swimming pool will be closed from 5th November 2022 and re open 1st April 2023
