Just a short walk into town, this property is in an excellent location .

Slightly disappointed, not up to the standard expected for a 4* rating.

The front of the property is in need of redecorating as is the areas previously described as damp.

Feedback was already given via a complaint, on arrival it was noticed there was damp areas around the front door and this also resulted in a large area of the living room wall being wet to touch and a real damp smell throughout.
