Garden with outdoor front seating area to enjoy the morning sunshine and outdoor rear courtyard with a large table/chairs and parasol. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping in the property. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Note: Hairdryers on each floor. Note: Regatta House offers one parking permit for 1 car in a near by car park and scratch cards for 1 further car, these allow you to park in the close vicinity of the house, but are on a first come, first served basis, and no guarantee of finding spaces, if available there is space directly in front of the house
