Advertised as a ground floor flat but actually a basement.

Need to put up notic on the outside wall and on the gate.

Door requires planning have to tug it to get in, perhaps some additional pillows for the bed (wafer thin) and WOW the amount of noise that comes from the above living accommodation is absolutely shocking!
