Five Guys Burgers and Fries York Designer Outlet

As usual the best burger in the town .i love their milkshake it is the best I’ve tried in york. I like how fast they are in this brunch. The staff is nice, helpful and friendly, the menu is simple it is just burgers sandwiches and milkshakes. I usually eat in the restaurant, so the atmosphere was nice, a little bit noisy because the restaurant in the mall but still i like to eat in. If you order a drink you can refill it for free Finally, i recommend it

Brought the grandchildren for a treat after school , what a shock ! Very over priced for a Mc D style place , help yourself to sauce & drinks. 6 staff on, very quiet, hotdogs they had were just ok but chips extremely salty , left most of them . Poor service and over priced. Won’t be returning

Over priced tiny burgers. But if that doesn’t get you, the ice rink of a wet greasy floor will probably kill you. Health and safety gone wrong. Two burgers. One chips a milkshake and a water £35. Lovely in Florida. In the uk a rip off.

I am giving a one star to 5 guys designer outlet york for the dreadful service they have. My partner and i came for dinner and ordered our food. I personally don't eat mushrooms and can't stand the look of it in my food. My burger had mushroom in it, so i went to the manager with my receipt who was extremely indifferent and all he said was "risk of contamination on the line" which means nothing to a customer who just paid 30£ for 2 burgers. I wasn't happy with the reply but the manager couldn't care less. Why do we bother choosing our toppings when there is a "risk of contamination on the line" i ended up skipping it. Burger was great as always but the fries portion was dreadful, five guys known for their serving size on fries especially large and honestly it was feeble today. As you can see, this was the entire portion.
