This weekend also marks Earth Hour (Saturday 22nd March), a global moment to switch off and reflect on how we can care for our planet—a great conversation starter for young eco-champions. And just around the corner is Mother’s Day (Sunday 30th March), with special offers like mums go free at Yorkshire Wildlife Park—ideal for a family day out with a thoughtful twist.
Add in art exhibitions like Harland Miller’s “XXX” in York, a rainforest soundscape in Wakefield, live folk gigs, and Easter trails galore, and you’ve got a season full of stories waiting to be made.
