Amazing customer service Ethan was extremely helpful and did what he could to help my partner with an order that was wrong and I think it was nasa he was also extremely helpful and friendly unfortunately nothing could be done in store but they were both really helpful and kind 😊
Absolutely amazing staff here and an excellent manager, Rachel was just about to end her shift but still found the time to sit down with me and start up a new contract. I rate her and this service a well rewarded 20/10!! I hope you all chose to come here for the same experience... You wont regret it and you'll Deffo be back!!!
Me and my partner upgraded our phones in the york store, we had melissa who served us and she couldnt of helped us more. She was so friendly, patient and a lovely girl. She had excellent customer service as she was basically working on her own. So we would like to thankyou for her time and patience. She is a credit to you ! X
Called in to upgrade phone. Done easily and with knowledgeable and friendly staff. There was a problem with my billing which though not there fault was sorted. Definitely recommend trying here as no fuss sorting a phone and plenty of choice of phones and tariffs.
Those ladies are one in the million. Always helpful and professional. They know what they are doing definitely.
