Was helped by Cameron today and he was absolutely brilliant! Calm and patient and explained everything while making sure I got the best deal for myself and my daughter. Never pushy and no hard sell and ended up saying me a fortune compared to my old contract with a different big phone company. Lovely guy and an absolute credit to Tesco Mobile!
My phone contract had come to an end and Tesco Mobile at Clifton Moor had been great! The customer service, especially from Ben, was brilliant! Didn't try to sell me anything other than what I needed!
Went to speak to someone and to ask for information (I have a Tesco mobile contract). Spoke to Tom at the Clifton moor store. He was efficient, friendly and dealt with my query to my satisfaction. (While I had waited in the queue to speak to him he dealt with a query from an elderly lady and he couldn't have been nicer to her. I was very impressed with his manner). 10 out of 10 Tom for your customer service skills!
Visited the store this morning and saw Howard re a problem with my mobile. He was extremely patient and together with a colleague called Ben, they sorted it out. This is nit the first time I have troubled them but they are always so helpful.
I came in looking to grab a phone for the price range I presented. I wasn't pushed, forced a more expensive model or hassled. I was simply assisted by very helpful assistant by the name of Tom. He ran me through the whole process very quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.
