People in the store was lovely and helped us out great. However sofa didn’t turn up on time we went weeks without a sofa, then the scatter cushions took an extra 10 weeks to come, we have no idea why but all we got told was that ‘they are on the way to the store now’ but they obviously wasn’t as we didn’t get them for another 10 weeks. They eventually turned up and they are like bricks. Hardest cushions ever and so not worth the money

HORRIBLE customer service, order delayed they DO NOT CARE horrible attitude and they do not want to help, got sofas months ago still calling them every day to find where is the order and they don’t want to help saying we can’t cancel until contract is over, even though they haven’t delivered. I wouldn’t give any stars, DISSAPOINTING!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Customer Service We placed an order with SES Furniture over two months ago for our new home and paid a deposit nearly three months back. From the outset, we clearly communicated that we would be moving to a new address and provided all the necessary information regarding the change. Despite this, a few weeks later they called to confirm that our furniture would be delivered on a Wednesday. That delivery never happened. When we followed up, we were told that they couldn’t deliver to our new address – only to the original one. This made no sense, as we had repeatedly informed them about the address change and even submitted proof of our new address, including utility bills. More recently, we were told the furniture was sitting in their warehouse but wouldn’t be released until the finance agreement was complete. When we contacted the finance company ourselves, they informed us that they hadn’t received anything from SES. We are now left waiting for our sofa with no clear updates and no timeline. The overall communication from SES Furniture has been incredibly poor and frustrating. For a major purchase like this, the experience has been nothing short of stressful. We wouldn’t recommend them based on our experience so far.

Visited today even after we couldn't find the company in York on their website. Not one person approached us on our visit. All sat at desks that they didn't move from. Went to the Furniture Village next door and bought a sofa at a great price. Wouldn't bother with this company.
