Generally it is a good experience when eating in or collecting an order, but mcdelivery however from the old mill Lane restaurant is absolutely abysmal! We have feed missing on nearly every order we have had delivered. And the last one I have just got i have been refused a refund on the basis ive made too many claims! Outrageous! So I have lost like £5. Our last order a couple of weeks ago were were short 7 portions of chips! I will never get a delivery from this restaurant. Dont bother.
This place always get my order wrong. Last week they short changed me on a burger, today they sent a lady out to the car with 3 McFlurry's when I had ordered 3 Caramel bars from Indonesia. No dips with the 20 nuggets either. Receipt states I said no, I wasn't even asked. Just crap service recently.
Staff are incredibly rude. Blonde lady at the window just dismissed anything I said. Just asking a question. There errors showed their incompetence. Wouldn't come again.
Drove into the drive thru tonight 20/08/25 around 22.40..one of the staff walked past me carrying a barrier to close the drive thru behind me for whatever...A car in the other lane was placing an order...There was a slight pause until through the intercom I was told that I couldn't place an order because the drive thru was now closed even though I had driven In before the barrier was in placed.. ... Absolute zero customer care skills in fact quite the opposite..😡
If you order 100 times you will get your sauce only one of those times! So tired of the people who work there and they are so lazy to put everything you asked for your order its not hard if it's printed or on a screen and they also always give cold chips they over salter a hundred times and they are so lazy that if you ask for a cola they give you diet or don't change the syrups in the drinks it's a joke and they don't care and it will always be the same!! How would they like to order and to recieve everytime this crap the manager should do something about this. When you go there it's all laughs and jokes not focusing on actually what people order and they will ignore you
