Shocking service. Delays. When arrive one of the burges missing but was on receipt. Phone lines constantly engaged. Very expensive. Not the first time
Ordered porridge and a flat white… the porridge was cooked but stone cold! Took it back and left! Need to train their staff on how to use the machine someone could end up with food poisoning!! It wasn’t even busy who ever put it in the bag must of known it was freezing. Won’t be waisting anymore money with this establishment. The food is a lot smaller and far too expensive now and not even good quality… If you use the drive thru check your order and make sure it is warm and all there.
Came at 12:10am after a family event. Spent 35 minutes sat waiting for 3 cars in front to be served. This is something you would expect at 5pm or mid day not at midnight. Car infront then received our drinks, staff at the window didn’t apologise for the long wait
Visited with our grandchildren for a birthday treat for one of them. Food took over 20 minutes to arrive, and was barely luke warm when it did. On the plus side, Staff were pleasant and helpful, but probably not enough of them.
Mcdonalds Snowhill is the slowest mcdonalds ive ever experienced. Staff try they best to not look at you so you dont ask them questions. Some customer service training wouldn't go a miss
