Every single time I come here my order seems to always be so wrong! this mcdonald’s is the worst in york!!! Our food is never ever correct! We got an iced caramel frappe: Tell me why there is no caramel on the top, the drink is pure ice, not a single sip! The burgers are always so horrible and dry! We got 6 chicken nuggets and we only received 5. The chips are always undercooked and freezing cold and they always replace coke with coke zero. I’ll just add the staff are so rude too! We went inside and the kiosks were not working so we went to the counter. Why has all the staff got there own clothes on and airpods in! Ignoring us and acting like we should know what’s going on, bearing in mind these were MANAGEMENT! Poppleton mcdonald’s is the best out of them all.

We usually visit this particular spot because the food is usually fresh and hot. Tonight, however, this was not the case. We always go through the drive-through and eat in the car, so the food doesn't travel. Tonight we did the usual, but my Big Mac was cold, the chips were flaccid, and the burger, with it's overcooked bun, was dry and unpalatable. Of course, we could have taken it back, but, TBH, my appetite had gone and a replacement would not have been welcome. Disappointing.

I ordered through the app and customised my order to remove cheese. The order arrived with cheese on - I couldn't scrape the cheese off which left the burgers inedible for me. The fries were cold and soaked in the coke I'd ordered which the driver spilled during delivery. I couldn't eat a single thing from my order which is absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered two McSpicy meals via drive-thru at approximately 2:30 AM on 1st June. After a 12-minute wait, I received the meals in the car. My partner had theirs, and I saved mine for later. When I opened mine today, I noticed a strong unusual smell. Upon checking, I discovered that it contained bacon, which I did not order. I’m very particular about what I eat for personal/dietary reasons, and this mistake is highly disappointing and concerning. I would like to understand: How this happened when the order was for McSpicy (which normally doesn't include bacon). What steps you can take to prevent this in future.

I came to this McDonald’s at 2:00am all the staff had there AirPods in i’ve already been waiting 30 minutes i know it’s early in the morning but it’s 24/7 this really isn’t acceptable it either needs to be sorted immediately or don’t have it as a 24/7 drive thru.
