No issues at all here at 21:30 there was a few people in. The place was spotless clean and someone was mopping the floor. The food came quickly all 5 meals were hot and fresh (I know for a McDonald's I didn't think it was a thing anymore). Only basic mcflurrys though but still had ice cream. Had all other new items.
We waited for over 20 minutes after our order went through. There was only one fella in front of us, and the drive-through was not over whelmed. The bacon 🥓 sandwich had a decent amount in so points for that. More smiles with the service. I asked for serviettes and was scowled at. Massive carpark, brand new facilities. More customer service.
90min parking limit? What the hell? Why? Came to have a meal and make some time but suddenly when I got back to my car I realised I've stayed longer than the 90min limit... That's completely off putting. Service, it's self service so not much to say, and it's a McDonald's so there is no atmosphere really.
One star purely because the price was so high! Also why do they fill 12 cartons of chips at once so when you get one they are cool? Stupidity! I had nothing out of the ordinary but it was over £17. It's now an extra charge for a large latte even when buying a large meal?? Never again in any Maccys. Done.
It's a McDonald's so you're not going to get amazing food, but it is a fast food restaurant and they are very good at that. Nine times out of ten, the drive through is almost too fast. The staff have always been canny to interact with. I haven't been inside so I can't comment on what it's like to eat in. My only cristism is that the chips are often a bit stale.
