The whole experience felt unnecessarily chaotic. My order wasn't checked properly, despite the fact I paid for three extra sauces and initially received none at all. When I politely asked about them, the staff member rolled her eyes, physically threw one sauce into the bag, and walked off. After I explained (again) that I had ordered three, she huffed and puffed, threw the remaining two into the bag, and walked away without saying a word. I understand fast food can be busy, but basic order checking and basic manners don't seem like too much to ask. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not what you expect when you're paying for items separately. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

Jake in customer care was absolutely lovely. Great customer service. My burger was dry and cold and he made sure it was remade to the highest standards asap! Many thanks Jake, You’re a star!

I ordered on the app at home, after going through the drive through 10 - 15 minutes, I was handed my drinks and desserts and asked to move to the next window and wait for the rest, at this point one of the items was incorrect. 15 minutes later I got out of my car and spoke to the young lady at the first window, who said she would look for my order, a few more minutes, I parked then went inside, nobody could find my order so they put it back through manually, 15 more minutes my order comes, without fries which I had to explain the whole thing how the order was lost and the guy had messed up putting the order through manually, I got the fries, after returning home to realise there was no BBQ dip*3 and the happy meal has the book rather than toy (no big deal, except that was the only reason my 6 year old wanted a happy meal) and yes I specifically ordered the toy on the app. Inside my order was number 018 just before 6pm, app order PZ75. So it took roughly 45 minutes to receive my order with incorrect items I had to check myself and fight for, then more missing / incorrect items when I got home. I don't want anything for free, I don't like complaining but that experience was a joke from start to finish.

Busy Sunday morning. Search for a free table. Today, there was good stock availability. Yes, including McFlurries. I got the limited edition Jaffa Cakes one. Plenty of sauce and chocolate and a good consistency of Ice Cream. No, they didn't Flurry it. But that's fine, we expect it not to be these days. I also got a Passion fruit Sprite which was very pleasurable to drink and worth paying extra for.

Burger topping don't exist here or are just wack in everyway, cheese burger literally just a plain patty and slice of cheese NOTHING ELSE no ketchup no mustard no onions or pickle. Big Mac is even worse just patty bread sauce and lettuce, I've figured out onions don't exist at this restaurant nothing has them on that's supposed to and this is 3rd time orders been like this.
