hello! i had two different experiences with this maccies. we initially came rather early so my partner could have the breakfast. it was super empty so lots of seats to chose from and we were served quickly. my partner was very happy with his food! we ordered via the table service which we haven’t done for a while, we usually do a drive thru order or collect at bay. we then returned later in the day when lunch was available, for me to get my usual meal. a little busier and a little slower service, but still fab food. a great spot! thanks!

Was early so service was super fast. Bun was a bit toasted at the edges which I don't mind at all, could of been warmer. Big diner. Big car park. Looked clean even the toilets yet some crumbs on seating. Had to sit near window and outside to get a phone signal.

Had great service through the drive through, the male was very respectful when I went a week ago as I ordered on the app to pick up but due to WiFi it wouldn’t load he told me it wouldn’t come out my bank as it will show on the app I never made it to the McDonalds and that it will cancel with me not showing up, he allowed me to tell him my order even being patient with my dylexia and anxiety. Everytime I go through drive through and get my cheese burger, fries and coke the hot food is always fresh and very hot and chips are nicely salted and always fast service Althoigh if it was busy and service takes a while it’s not thete fault it’s ours for coming at a busy time of day when it’s rammed. I appreciate the lovely staff, the only complaint I have is when sometimes my sauce isn’t put in the bag or handed to me so I forget the sauce but it’s only ketchup and I have it at home.

I’m starting to feel like a mug for even trying this McDonald’s now. Out of the past 4 or 5 times I have been I’ve only had 1 correct order. Almost every time I go, they miss multiple mains off the order or I get an entirely different order and you can forget about sauces and straws. It’s more hassle than it is worth. I now prefer to drive to Willerby McDonald and I live 2 minutes away from this one in Beverly.

🚫 McDonald’s – Customers Punished for Parking: A Shameful Practice It’s outrageous that loyal customers are being slapped with £100 parking fines just for dining at McDonald’s. This is becoming a nationwide scandal—people are being penalised for simply sitting down to eat with their families. In some cases, overstaying by mere minutes leads to a threatening fine from third-party private parking firms. This is not just unethical—it’s arguably legally questionable under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects customers from unfair contract terms. Many of these fines rely on inadequate signage, no clear consent, and deceptive tactics, which could be challenged under Schedule 2 of the Act (Unfair Terms). In fact, multiple rulings (including ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis [2015] UKSC 67) make it clear that for a fine to be enforceable, signage must be clear, prominent, and reasonable in time limits. ➡️ Most people are not informed they’re being watched by ANPR cameras or that they must leave within a strict time—even if they buy multiple meals, attend meetings, or simply wait for food with kids. This is a betrayal of customer trust. McDonald’s needs to ask itself: is it a family restaurant or a cash trap set up with predatory parking companies? 📢 Call to Action: • Remove third-party parking enforcement from customer areas. • Display clear signage at all drive-thrus and entrances. • Cancel all unfair fines issued to genuine paying customers. Until then, I strongly advise everyone: keep receipts, take photos, and if fined— dispute under UK consumer protection laws and report to Trading Standards. McDonald’s is already losing its reputation. If this continues, more people will choose to eat elsewhere rather than risk a £100 “thank you” for their loyalty.
