Not been to McDonalds for a while and won't be going again. Called at Selby branch drive-thru on way back from a trip and ordered the Big Arch burger meal after seeing the photo of it. When I got home and opened the box it looked like it had done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. There was one little piece of rotten lettuce. Photos attached of what it actually looked like & what it should have looked like.
Ordered food tonight, spent £50 on me the missus and the kids. You call yourself a fast food restaurant? . The food came flat cold. Won’t be eating here again
This is a use if no other option available, but feel as long as there's food at home I wouldn't waste your money spending it here. It's clear the staff are being told of management to change your order from being prepared to ready to collect after a certain time. To hit their target serve time but it just feels annoying they treat us like we are stupid, plus they were prioritising delivery platform orders and drive thru, then orders after your number. Didn't McDonald's make a advert promising their food would be more juicy and warmer, it'll be a miracle to get this at any of them especially here with the way they cook and hold their food. If I didn't get a drink to help the burger go down, it removed all the moisture from my mouth and didn't want to be swallowed. Now onto the dining area, if there's a pair of kids in showing no respect to the place, people around them. Acting up because its the night time McDonald's culture. This place really needs to start getting hit by mystery shoppers it really needs to start improving also people it's our hard earned money we are spending as you can't say its really cheap or value for money these days. So when you number says ready to collect walk up and ask where your order is because they have marked it ready for collection, then when they tell you it's not ready and they have lied to you and for a refund.
The food was banging as always but it took a while for me to get my change back and my mcflurry but it isnt busy but do recommend going
BECAREFUL. We were given false information about refunds over the phone by a supervisor named Callum. When our food still turned up after cancelling the food that we cancelled with supervisor Callum, we then contacted the manager Jordan who then claims Callum did not say any of this information. Be very careful as they will lie to you by backing each other up. Absolutely disgusting. We will be taking this further.
