Customer service spot on, but wait time wasn't. I had ordered a share box of breaded cheese bites box, 12 pieces! £6.59 & a large Cappuccino £2.69. Both were hot when given. 😊😋McDonald's needs to do more for vegetarian and vegan options. Quite a small car park. 19/07/25 had a biscoff frappe
If I could give zero, I would. This place is extremely poor. The place is an absolute tip, the local recycling centre is cleaner. While there, the team leader stood there doing very little other than stepping over all the rubbish and food all over the floor. Several tables with rubbish left all over and rubbish spilling out of the bins. An utter disgrace!! Don't know how it works, but this place should have it's license removed.
Had a few minor problems previously but have always been rectified and as we are local we have gone back. But tonight takes the chip. Food was cold and part of the order missing. That was sorted so fine. But the state of the customer area was disgusting. We were there for at least half an hour if not more and not once did we see any member of staff come out and even attempt to clean the area. Multiple food trays on tables, bin over flowing and multiple slip hazards on the floor. Looks like someone has been standing on the seats also. It wasn’t busy and there were plenty of staff on duty. They were just too busy talking to their friends at the counter or to each other out the back to bother doing any cleaning. And when they did come from behind the counter to wander round and try to look busy they just ignored the mess. We will be travelling to the Thirsk one from now on I’m afraid.
Ridiculously expensive compared to the rest of the country £3.29 for a Jaffa cake McFlurry. I had one last week at Leicester Square for £2.59. Burgers are always at least £1 more than the rest of the country. How can Northallerton be more expensive than London?! Terribly run. I will give them credit for speed of service. That has improved a little in recent months. But the place is always so dirty. Any other McDonalds will constantly have staff making sure the place is kept clean but apart from Kat, who is by far their best member of staff, nobody else makes an effort or has any go in them. They’ve had nearly 2 years to get things running smoothly but it just feels like the owners couldn’t care less. It’s time they had their restaurant running at the same level as most of the country and had the correct staff to do so.
A pretty terrible McDonalds all round really. I know it’s fast food but the quality really is poor, cold fries and thrown together burgers. Was hoping it would improve over time but the standards are really quite low. Needs quite an overhaul which is saying something for a restaurant that’s only been open a year. Had the McRib today - look at the picture, sums it all up really.
