Went in, ordered a happy meal, big Mac meal, and a 5 pound deal. Took like 20 minutes, baring in mind there were about 4 customers and staff in the kitchen. As I was collecting my food, the person doing it somehow managed to put the fries in upside down so they all fell out and the food came cold. As I was trying to pick the food up, a man walked in and placed his food on the counter, they had forgotten to put his mcnuggets in. Also forgot our straws, charged us for 4 mcnuggets when I didn't order them, and made the floppiest burger I've ever seen. Get it sorted, come on
Rubbish and leftovers everywhere. Not what you want to see when you walk in. No matter how busy a place is, if you have to come in and ask staff to do their jobs before you sit down then its not a good start is it. Any in the space of time of it took our food to come from the kitchen to where we were sitting, a time of 5 seconds, the fries were cold. Also for the first time ever i had a luke warm Apple pie, unheard of i know, i was able to eat it straight away in one go. Milkshake machine was working so that's an extra star added. Also bins shouldn't be right in front of or next to tables, surely thats not hygienic, as as you are eating they are emptied at arms length in front of you. Also groups of kids again using McDs as a hangout put you off wanting to eat in.
Called in for my favourite Philly Cheese Stack. Service was quick although some of the order was missing. And again NO MILK for tea, either put it on trays with the order or out where the salt etc are. I couldn't find a disabled spot when I arrived, but this van was there with no blue badge during our visit. It seems that some delivery drivers (just eat etc) seem to think it's acceptable to park in disabled spots.
Saying 24/h. Staff inside laughing, not even making a sign that the door is locked. I will never step in here again!!!
6.40am breakfast order. Took straight home 5 minutes drive away. All food flat cold. Hash browns not crisp. Sausage patties crunchy on the edge. God knows how long they've had this sat out on hot plate but very poor quality.
